Our Story

We both trained in upper cervical chiropractic. That’s where it started.
Dr. Jan never looked back and honestly, neither did Dr. Tatiana, at first. Upper cervical care holds a special place in both of their hearts because of the population it serves: people who have lost hope. People who have tried everything. People living with complex neurological cases, limited mobility, and pain that has followed them for years. That kind of care matters deeply, and Dr. Jan has dedicated his practice to it.

But then Dr. Tatiana got pregnant.

She was already Webster Technique certified, clinically she understood prenatal chiropractic. But living it? That was something else entirely. Carrying a baby completely transformed the way she thinks about care during pregnancy. She started to see the layers, the complexity, the profound impact that nervous system function has on a mother’s experience and a baby’s development. A passion was ignited that she couldn’t ignore.

And then the suite next door became available.

It felt like a sign. Dr. Jan and Dr. Tatiana had already built their upper cervical practice together and now there was a real opportunity to expand into something even more complete. They opened a dedicated prenatal and pediatric wing right next door, creating two specialized spaces under one roof, each with its own focus, its own feel, and its own purpose.

What they built is rare. Most practices choose one or the other - upper cervical or prenatal and pediatrics. These are two very different specialties that require very different training, and finding them together is almost unheard of on the Gulf Coast.

But for the Rivera family, it made complete sense.

Because at the heart of both sides is the same belief: that your nervous system is the key to everything. When it functions the way it was designed to, your body heals, your pregnancy flows, your baby thrives, and your family flourishes.
