This is not intended for you to begin doing every exercise in the booklet. Instead, think of it as a tool you have available. If you’re experiencing challenges with a specific area of your body, you can look to the relevant section and we can discuss whether a particular exercise would be appropriate for you.

Every spine and every phase of care is different. Some exercises may be beneficial at certain times, while others may not be indicated depending on your current condition.

If you see an exercise that you feel may help you, or if you’re unsure whether something applies to your situation, please ask me before starting. I’m happy to guide you so we make sure what you’re doing supports your progress rather than working against it.
